Sempert & Krieghoff # 9570 circa 1926 "MONACO II" 16 bore sidelock with ejectors and side clips. Full medium scroll engraving and banner on locks with manufacturer's name. 29 1/2 " barrels with 2 5/8 " chambers and wide hand filed concave rib, measure bores R/L .673/.672 (original bore proofs are 16/1 or .669 diameter); chokes .025/.032; walls .025/.024. The high quality walnut stock with pistol grip, horn grip cap and cheek piece, measures 14 x 1 1/2 x 3 1/4 x 1/4 cast off to its horn butt plate.. The extreme 3 1/4 drop at heel is due to the "rational stock" design which projects an actual 2 1/2 true drop at heal. Also the great 1/4 " cast off is reduced to 1/8 by the cheek piece. Therefore stock is of normal dimensions and very usable by most shooters. Weight is 6-14. As near new. Cased in a leather valise with grease pot and new 16 bore snap caps. $22,000 |

Casartelli Model AFRICA #1073 Bolt action 375 H&H built on a Magnum Mauser action by Carlo Casartelli of Brescia, Italy, available by special order only. Takedown model with 14 1/2 inch pull to original 1/2 inch Silver's pad. 25 inch barrel with 3 leaf express rear sight and ramped front day sight with extra night sight in pistol grip compartment. Scoped with Zeiss Diavari-ZA 1.5-6x42 claw mounted to front and rear bridges. Stock is of premium quality wood with fine checkering ebony forend tip, scalloped cheekpiece for right handed shooter. Deep oak leaf and extensive game scene engraving by Marco Terzi, featured on page 247 of Marco Nobili's book, Fucili D'Autore. Photos don't begin to appreciate the execution of Terzi's work. A highly valued rifle for a very reasonable price. All cased in a fine English leather case. $9800 |

Puccinelli-Famars #29304 2 BBL Set. SBS. Sidelock with ejectors. 20 Bore. 26 and 28 inch BBLS. 28 inch barrels are; minimum walls R and L- .034 and .032, bores- .625 on both and chokes .016 and .022. 26 inch barrels are walls- R .032 and L .033, bores .625 on both and chokes.006 and .009. Single trigger. Small slender beavertail forepart. Butt stock dimensions are 14 1/4 x 1 7/16 x 1 15/16 x 1/4 cast off. Weight is 6-9.6. Puccinelli imported this gun into the US as a custom gun under his name. However it is an A&S VENERI grade. All Puccinelli imports were ordered with the best of everything.
